Platform Pre-Registration Terms

1. Purpose

These Platform Pre-Registration Terms govern the submission of pre-registration requests for the DrinkData Platform operated by BlueBell Markets Ab Ltd ("Company", "we", "our" or "us").

By submitting a pre-registration form, the applicant agrees to these Terms.

2. Nature of Pre-Registration

Pre-registration is intended to allow interested businesses and industry participants to receive information regarding the future launch and development of the DrinkData Platform.

Pre-registration does not constitute:

  • Acceptance as a platform user;

  • Acceptance as a merchant;

  • Acceptance as a business partner;

  • A commitment by the Company to provide services;

  • A binding agreement between the applicant and the Company.

3. Eligibility

Pre-registration is intended for:

  • Beverage producers;

  • Importers;

  • Wholesalers;

  • Retailers;

  • Distance sellers;

  • Logistics providers;

  • Industry service providers;

  • Other business entities operating within the beverage sector.

The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any pre-registration at its sole discretion.

4. Information Submitted

Applicants agree that information submitted during pre-registration is accurate and complete.

Applicants are responsible for informing the Company of any material changes to the information provided.

5. Future Communications

By pre-registering, applicants agree that the Company may contact them regarding:

  • Platform development;

  • Platform launch;

  • New services;

  • Market information;

  • Industry updates;

  • Partnership opportunities;

  • Events and webinars;

  • Other information relevant to the beverage industry.

Applicants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

6. No Guarantee of Participation

The Company does not guarantee that any applicant will be invited to participate in the Platform.

Selection criteria may include, among other factors:

  • Regulatory compliance;

  • Business suitability;

  • Geographic coverage;

  • Product portfolio;

  • Strategic considerations;

  • Technical readiness.

7. Future Platform Terms

If an applicant is later accepted to use the Platform, separate agreements, service terms, pricing schedules and operational requirements may apply.

The Company reserves the right to modify its services, pricing models and participation requirements at any time before launch.

8. Confidentiality of Submitted Information

The Company will treat business information submitted through the pre-registration process as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties except:

  • With the applicant's consent;

  • Where required by law;

  • Where reasonably necessary for the evaluation of potential cooperation.

9. Intellectual Property

Submission of a pre-registration request does not grant the applicant any ownership rights in the DrinkData Platform, its technology, content, trademarks or business concepts.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:

  • Submission of a pre-registration request;

  • Delays in platform launch;

  • Changes to platform functionality;

  • Rejection of an application;

  • Future business decisions made by applicants.

11. Privacy

Personal data submitted during the pre-registration process will be processed in accordance with the DrinkData Privacy Policy.

Applicants are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before submitting their information.

12. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the DrinkData website.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland.
